Custom Angled Rafter Tail Mount for UniFi UVC-G6 Pro Turret (Parametric)

Made-to-order angled rafter tail mount for the Ubiquiti UniFi UVC-G6 Pro Turret. Choose your exact roof pitch (level through 12/12) and extension length (1" to 8") with the customizer. The mount seats on the underside of an exposed rafter tail and gives the camera a flat, level mounting surface, so the camera looks straight out from the eave instead of following the roof line.

How it mounts

• The rafter pocket is sized to your lumber: 1-1/2" for modern 2-by framing, or up to 4" in 1/16" steps for rough sawn and full-dimension rafters. Centering ridges locate the mount on the board. For a rafter wider than the mount body, choose which edge to align with the lumber (left, right, or a flat seat).
• Self-centering screw bores. Each mounting screw drives up into the rafter through a bore that is open from below, so nothing needs access from above the eave. The top of the bore is a cone that funnels the screw tip to the hole and centers it, and a thin sacrificial layer over the hole holds the screw upright until the driver engages. Drop the screw in, seat the bit, and drive: the screw stays put even with the mount, the driver, and the camera overhead on a ladder.
• The cable channel exits toward the house side of the rafter, so the run can go up behind the bird block or into the eave.
• Extension is measured from the camera face to the rafter seat at the center of the mount.
