Shipping policy

Made to order, shipped fast

Every Analog3D mount is 3D printed when you order it. Most orders enter production within 1 business day and finish printing in 2–5 business days, then ship via USPS Ground. Typical door-to-door time in the United States is 7–10 days from order to delivery.

Orders are produced either at our U.S. print-production partner or in our Southern Oregon workshop, depending on the product and material. Either way, everything is printed and shipped from within the United States.

Rates (United States)

  • Flat rate: $7.95 per order, any size.
  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $35.

We ship USPS Ground to all 50 states, including PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a USPS tracking number the moment your order ships. If your order contains products made at different facilities, items may arrive in separate packages – each gets its own tracking number, and you pay shipping only once.

International orders

We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe. International shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates (USPS, with DHL Express available in some regions) based on your destination and the weight of your order – you'll see the exact cost before you pay. International orders don't qualify for free shipping. We don't currently ship to regions where carrier delivery has proven unreliable for us.

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are collected on delivery, not at checkout, and we're not responsible for customs-related delays.

Address changes

Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships; after it ships, we'll help you arrange a USPS intercept where possible.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls, a package goes missing, or your mount arrives damaged, contact us – we'll replace it or make it right. Damaged-arrival claims are easiest to resolve if you include a photo of the part and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
