Will this mount fit my camera?

Each product page lists the exact camera models it fits. Many of our bullet-camera mounts are cross-generation – one mount fits G3 through G6, Pro, and AI bullets – because Ubiquiti kept the ball-base consistent. Turret and dome mounts are model-specific. If you're not sure, ask us with your camera model and a photo of where it's going; we'd rather answer a question than process a return.

How does the customizer work?

On parametric products, you choose your exact dimensions – roof pitch (or a custom angle) and extension length – and the 3D preview and price update live. We print exactly that geometry, to order. If you can read a level or a pitch gauge, you can order a mount that fits your roofline precisely instead of settling for the nearest fixed angle.

What if I measure wrong?

Contact us – we'll help you get the measurement right and offer a discounted remake in the correct size. Custom-dimension parts can't be restocked, so they aren't returnable for change of mind, but we don't leave you stuck with a mount that doesn't fit. If we got the specs wrong or the part is defective, the reprint or refund is free. Details in the return policy.

What are the mounts made of?

Outdoor-rated PETG as standard (white, black, black carbon fiber), high-temp PCTG for heat-exposed black parts, polycarbonate on select heavy-duty products, and flexible TPU for gaskets and pads. The full rundown – including which to pick for full-sun installs – is on the Materials page.

Are these strong enough for outdoor use? UV? Winter?

Yes – that's the design brief. PETG and PCTG are UV-stable and moisture-resistant, unlike the PLA used in most hobby prints, and these mounts live outdoors for years. Fine layer lines on the surface are normal for 3D-printed parts and don't affect strength.

How long until my order arrives?

Everything is printed when you order it. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then USPS Ground delivery – most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 days of ordering. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships. Full details in the shipping policy.

Is hardware included?

It varies by product – each listing says exactly what's in the box. Many mounts offer a screw pack as an add-on, and some (like our stock-plate replacements) always include the correct screws. Wall anchors for your specific surface (masonry, vinyl, etc.) are generally your side of the job, since they depend on what you're mounting to.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe. International shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates – you see the exact cost before paying. Import duties and taxes, where charged, are collected by your country on delivery. U.S. orders over $35 ship free; international orders don't qualify for free shipping.

Can I order in quantity?

Absolutely – installers and integrators are a big part of this shop. Order any quantity directly, and for larger projects contact us with the part and count for volume pricing.

Can you make a mount that doesn't exist yet?

Very likely. A good portion of this catalog started as a customer request. Send us the device, the surface you're mounting to, and what's not working with the stock hardware – if it's buildable and useful to others, we'll often design it at no charge and add it to the store.

My camera's stock mount broke or went missing – do you sell replacements?

Yes – see the Replacement Stock Mounting collection. Camera bases and AP brackets have a way of staying on the wall when hardware gets RMA'd or moved; we print exact-fit replacements so you don't have to buy a new device.

Are you affiliated with Ubiquiti?

No. Analog3D is an independent shop. We design compatible mounting accessories from our own measurements of the hardware. Ubiquiti, UniFi, Ring, and other names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe compatibility.
